Online Shop Refunds Policy

If you purchase something by mistake or no longer require your order you may return it within 14 days of delivery and a refund (minus our delivery charge) will be made onto the card you paid with. Initial contact should be made by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to refunds@petschoice.co.uk.

1. Items must be in the original condition and packaging - opened or damaged items will not be accepted and will be liable for the full charge of the item.


2. Contents must be repackaged securely and sent to the below address.


3. Include the reason for return, the invoice number and your name, email address or daytime telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or replacement.


4. If we don't receive the item, we cannot refund or replace it so we recommend you use an insured mail service.

Returning an incorrect or damaged item

If when you receive your order the items are incorrect or in a damaged condition, contact with Pets Choice must be made within 3 working days either by phone on 01254 54545 or by email to refunds@petschoice.co.uk.

You will need to state your invoice number, the details of the damage and whether you would like a refund (made to the card you paid with) or replacement. This will then be handled by our customer complaints department.
